Our Team, Our Values
Our Team
Our highly qualified, energetic and skillful consultants are predominantly based in Sydney and Melbourne. Providing a professional service to our clients means that consultants are prepared and willing to travel to other capital cities within Australia as well as many regional locations.
Our Values
Maintaining confidentiality about matters within your business and around agreed aspects of our communications with each individual is of utmost importance to us.
We believe, that as consultants, we are in service to you and not the other way around! We will always invite your participation in the design of programs for your business and ensure the program aligns with your business policies and objectives. Will not alter any aspect of the program without your prior approval. We will always communicate exactly what we plan to deliver and then provide a follow up report on the progress or outcomes achieved. We remain accountable to you on every aspect of our delivery.
We believe in the notion of life-long learning. As consultants we strive to stay abreast of new trends, innovations and research. We aim to encourage and motivate your staff to move beyond the boundaries of the action-learning projects within our programs.
We realise that everyone frames reality and takes in all modes of communication through the filters of their own experiences, beliefs, values etc. On this basis, we ‘seek first to understand’.
We approach all interactions with only positive regard for each client. This means that we do not form preconceived ideas or judgements about that person or the situation. We also believe that each person has the ability, located from within, to be able to enact the change they desire. It is our role to provide skills training and objective feedback that supports a faster journey forward toward greater achievement and self-actualisation.
